. I had a chance to walk around downtown Boise, Idaho just a bit this afternoon while I waited for Melinda Hoyt to finish work and for Brooke Seidl to call. After recently being in Shanghai, Seattle and New York City, Boise seemed exceptionally, quiet, uncrowded and clean. I see each day’s blue sky as if a child discovering them for first time; I never want that feeling to go away. Boise surprised me with new bike lanes (Yay!), and parking meters that allow you to push a button and get twenty-minutes free! I love a progressive city. Brooke called, I picked up Melinda, we looked at condos, made plans to look at more tomorrow and then wrapped up the day playing trivia at the Hyde Street Pub with the kids. We still await Mia’s arrival.
