Day 113: Play Ball!

One thing I do miss living in Shanghai, China, is baseball. I have a subscription to MLB TV, but my internet connection can be really slow, so I often end up listening to a radio broadcast rather than watching a live television broadcast. But, considering I’m on the other side of the world, I probably can’t complain.
Luckily for me the Seattle Mariners are playing at home all week and my friend Julie was anxious to get to a game with her lucky pencil to help stop the M’s 8 game losing streak. On my way to the stadium, I walked down this street filled with vendors selling popcorn, peanuts and crackerjacks. This guy was, by far, the most entertaining.
By the way, the Mariners hit a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 9th inning to win 5-3. Losing steak stopped. The lucky pencil is still lucky.
